Charles Ifergan—proprietor of four Chicagoland area salons and the man responsible for courting the luxe-casual label Vince to set up shop here recently—has literally taken over the Furla boutique situated right next door to his eponymous salon on Oak Street. Striking a sweet deal with the Italian leather goods’ US headquarters this past summer, Ifergan managed to become the first Furla franchise owner in this country. With a packed schedule of hair and spa appointments for his loyal clients, who will be taking care of the refreshed Furla? Luckily for Ifergon, daughters Chloe and Olivia will be put in charge of the operation. — Chai Lee
