The city’s most anticipated week of fashion, “Fashion Focus Chicago,” will commence with a bang on October 17, 2011 with Next Fashion Chicago’s premier fashion show event at Germania Place. The show, produced by Mandel Productions, is the first full-length group show of Fashion Focus Chicago and will be a fast-paced, theatrical production with a European style runway showcasing bold and luxurious fashions presented by some of the city’s brightest designers and boutiques.
The show, emceed by Candace Jordan and Marcus Riley will celebrate the start of the weeklong fashion activities organized by the Mayor’s Fashion Council Chicago. The beauty, drama and European flair of the landmark Germania Place will echo the grandeur of Next Fashion Chicago’s premier event featuring designers like Sahar Dada, Elda de la Rosa, Sujata Gazder, Hector-Javier MonArrez, Mira Couture, Fraley Le, Gary Gonzales, Cleons and more.
Tickets are $30-$65 and include cocktails, foodstuffs, the fashion show, and access to the after-party. They'll be available for purchase online or at the door.
