The 8th Annual Tails in the City Halloween Pet Parade this year was a record breaker for cuteness. With over 250 dogs attend this year (really a new record) all of the proceeds went to PAWS Chicago. All of the contestants did a great job showing off their creativity. The crowd favorite was the maid and her mop. Dogs lined up in front of Tails in the City pet boutique and paraded to Washington Square Park for the showdown costume contest complete with prizes, refreshments courtesty of Downtown Dogs, and doggie agility courtesy of K9 University.
