San Franciscan fitness studio, The Dailey Method has just announced a new location in Lake Forest which will open on December 8. The studio has Bamboo floors, modern lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows taking up a newly remodeled 4,800 square foot two-floor space on Oakwood at Westminster.
The new studio will feature the company’s proprietary one-hour fitness class which combines athletic ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises in a class environment. The Dailey Method is known for a full-body workout effectively strengthening, toning, and lengthening the entire body while working on proper alignment to help rehabilitate long term injuries and prevent those that can occur over time.
