This Saturday, November 19th Michigan Avenue will be closed for The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival. There will be numerous family activities around the avenue, many stores are doing special sales, ice sculptors, and extended hours. Plus Mickey Mouse will be pointing his Fantasia wand at the trees magically illuminating them. The parade route which features over one million lights starts by Dearborn Park at 5:30, goes down Oak to Michigan Ave and ends at the river.
