As Pretty Ballerinas prepares to open their second stores in both L.A. and New York, then the company wants to open in Chicago. Given the locations of their stores in Europe, in Beverly Hills in L.A. and the Upper East Side in New York, we'd think they'd open on or in close proximity to Oak. The 93-year-old brand, known for its ballet flats and pumps, and could also branch into wholesale soon. [WWD]
