LAKEVIEW—If you like community gardens, lush vegetation, 'low line' parks, and pedestrian-friendly development, then you'll probably like the Lakeview Area Master Plan, which was released earlier this week.

BURR RIDGE—At $13M, the 30,000-square-foot McMansion known as 'Villa Taj' was already a tough sell. But it'll be even more difficult to unload it now that the home has been flooded with an estimated 6 million gallons of water after a pipe burst.
