Tonight the Michael Kors stores inside The 900 Shops will be open for a special champagne and shopping party to benefit Alzheimer’s research from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Both the Michael Kors Collection store and the Michael Kors Lifestyle store will throw their doors open for this exciting event. Both will donate 20% of the evening’s proceeds to the Alzheimer Association. Tonight’s party is also to highlight the upcoming Rita Hayworth Gala at the Hilton Chicago on Saturday, May 7. With as many as 5.4 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease, research into curing and prevent this destructive ailment has never been more critical. Leave it to world-renowned sportswear expert Michael Kors to generously open both of his Michigan Avenue stores to bring us one stop closer to the cure! -Amy Creyer [Racked Inbox]
