Fix is a men's and women's clothing boutique located in the heart of the Fulton Market meatpacking district. What’s different about this upscale boutique? It offers men’s and women’s clothes together, which makes for a fun, unique shopping experience.
One of the only clothing boutique in the area, Fix does most of their buying in New York, so they carry fashion forward clothing, while always keeping the Chicago customer in mind. For example, in winter, Fix only carries down-filled jackets. No polyester. They pay attention to what Chicagoans want and need.
What’s in store for this spring? Watch out for bold colors, wide leg trouser jeans, and nautical trends of stripes by brands such as Rag & Bone, Steven Alan, Shipley and Halmos, Relwen, NSF, Aether, Splendid, Black Halo, Pencey, Geren Ford, and Cynthia Vincent.
With modern items like earrings made from rooster feathers, men’s tweed bags, women’s shoes, tons of sales and funky changing rooms studded with tall brick walls, Fix is a hidden gem sure to please even the pickiest shopper. The best part? You don’t have to beat a manic Downtown crowd. You can shop quietly and then pop next door to Jupiter to get a cup of coffee and a healthy lunch. -Rea Frey
