After its premier last fall, Boutique Week is back for its second national shopping event becoming a national celebration of boutique shopping adding the cities of Chicago and Miami to its already coastal roster.
During Boutique Week, each participating boutique will offer a minimum discount of 25% on half of the merchandise in store. Some of the stores participating in the sale include Sabon on North State, Laudi Vidni on Armitage, Sara Jane in Old Town, Sir & Madame in Ukrainian Village, Bonnie & Clyde's in Wicker Park and Bourdage Pearls in the Southport Corridor. There are over 31 boutiques in sixteen neighborhoods who are participating in the Chicago. In Los Angeles there are 25 boutiques in 19 neighborhoods and in Miami, 20 boutiques in 18 different neighborhoods.
In addition, the event will also make a significant financial contribution to Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization, which promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women. Dress for Success provides these women with professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.
