Next Tuesday, LaundryMagazine will present a runway show at the Garfield Park Conservatory's Horticulture Hall and Monet Garden. The show, titled "Growing Works," will feature collections by 14 new fashion design graduates. This event will be LaundryMagazine’s next step towards supporting emerging designers in Chicago and will provide a great chance for the Chicago creative community to come together for a great cause; Flashes of Hope. Flashes of Hope is a national nonprofit that has made it their goal to change the way children with cancer see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research. They provide award-winning photographers and stylists for beautiful portrait sessions that help many families find grace and beauty so often missing in a hospital setting. [Racked Inbox]
