RIVER NORTH—Curbed took in the view of the penthouse that takes up the whole 89th floor of Trump Tower. View the floorplan here.

CHINATOWN—A developer who proposed building a large condo-hotel-retail development at Archer and Wallace in Chinatown a couple years ago is still planning to build. Developer See Y. Wong says the first phase will be a seven-story, 96-unit condo building.

HYDE PARK—The University of Chicago's futuristic Mansueto Library dome is set to open on Monday. In advance of the opening, the U of C released some pretty pictures of the Helmut Jahn-designed dome.

WEST TOWN—The price was reduced recently on a completely over-the-top loft in West Town. The place has a fireman's pole, 8 parking spaces, and a big punching bag in the kitchen.
