And now the latest from Curbed Chicago, covering everything you need to know about the city's neighborhoods and real estate.

RIVER NORTH—Curbed took in the view of the penthouse that takes up the whole 89th floor of Trump Tower. View the floorplan here.

CHINATOWN—A developer who proposed building a large condo-hotel-retail development at Archer and Wallace in Chinatown a couple years ago is still planning to build. Developer See Y. Wong says the first phase will be a seven-story, 96-unit condo building.

HYDE PARK—The University of Chicago's futuristic Mansueto Library dome is set to open on Monday. In advance of the opening, the U of C released some pretty pictures of the Helmut Jahn-designed dome.

WEST TOWN—The price was reduced recently on a completely over-the-top loft in West Town. The place has a fireman's pole, 8 parking spaces, and a big punching bag in the kitchen.
