Recently, Vancouver-based Kensie opened its doors at the Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora. The 3,200 square foot location in the Chicago suburb stocks Kensie and Kensiegirl apparel and select licensed product including shoes and handbags. The store design stays true to its pretty-with-an-edge aesthetic. The store’s decor is a blend of raw metal, warm tones of wood, grey and teal, patterned tile, and screens that are modern, light and magically translucent. Kensie has been known for feminine pretty clothes dressing the current mood since 1994 and now continues the brand under Liz Claiborne. [Racked Wire]
