Accessorizing at The Salon Series

The Salon Series will present Chicago based designer Lara Miller, next Monday evening for an exclusive dinner reception in Wrigleyville. Miller and JC Steinbrunner, founder of The Salon Series, have collaborated on a limited, oversized bamboo/organic cotton blend scarf. Each scarf will be hand-silkscreened with Miller and Steinbrunner’s sketches and will come in various colorways such as: sage, dusk red, cream, light blue, and dark blue.

The event will begin with a trunk show, delicious champagne, and 30% off on specials and special orders on the 2011 hand-loomed collections. Miller will discuss her inspirations and aspirations, as well as the hard facts of being a designer in the bustling city of Chicago. -Braylen Barr
