Topshop to Soon Announce Chicago Edition Make Up

We just got word about the Topshop Make Up Collection that will be launching in Chicago when the new Topshop location opens this fall. Although we haven't seen it yet, we hear that the collection has everyday essentials, tools as well as neutral and trend-driven shades? some will even be Chicago exclusives.
