We spotted photographer Putti Tiasuwan on Rush Street. The colorful flower print shirt is classic Paul Smith, an English designer quickly developing a loyal customer base in Chicago. We've also noticed that the "cuffed pant" trend has reached the point of saturation. Now that it's summer, Chicago's fashion forward men are practically obsessed with flashing some ankle skin.
