On July, 22rd, Kelley Deal of The Breeders, and author of the book "Bags that Rock" will visit Sifu Design Studio & Fine Yarns for a book signing and will host Sci-Fiber Friday - Sifu's free, weekly Sci-Fi movie screening. July 23 and 24, Kelley will be back to teach a two part workshop on her awesome felted bag, "The Road Bag." which she designed and knitted in her tour bus. In addition to all this, Saturday Kelley Deal and Sifu will be hosting this installment of The Urban Folk Circuit, the only traveling year-round craft fair in Chicago, in their back parking lot. That Saturday night Kelley and her new band R.Ring will be playing across the street at Transistor. [Racked Inbox]
