The Chicago Plan Commission approved a zoning change for the site of the now-demolished William Green Homes, at the northwest corner of Division and Larrabee, paving the way for Target to build a 150,000-square-foot store on the site. Target unveiled a rendering of the building, and it seems unlikely that neighborhood groups will accuse it of having too much brick. [Curbed]
