Lollapalooza lover? So are we and so is Sofia Vintage. Actually, Sofia is the only store in the city to stock the limited edition Lolla merch - even before the fest starts. They're selling t-shirts, hats, towels all branded with the 20th anniversary Lolla logo as well as some extra limited edition 20th anniversary products like dog tags, belt buckles, and necklaces by Chicago-based Susan Wheeler Designs.

Susan describes her inspiration being derived from an outgoing fashion scene that many of this year's artists possess. Her products in the limited edition line which will be sold at Sofia's Lolla Trunk Show on August 3 from 4pm-8pm include the Lollapalooza Script Necklace, $30 in silver and gold plate, gun metal, copper oxide, pink gold and bronze oxide. Also available are the Lollapalooza Dog Tags, $25.00, in a variety of plating options.

The new belt this year, $65.00 was made from precious metal clay with the help of Andy Hunt another local Chicago artisan and head creative for Maker and Maker pottery. Susan and Andy were able to create the primal texture thought totally organic methods.

In addition to all this jazz, there are a limited number Sterling Silver rings that will be at the trunk show as well as special order, for $100.00. Look for them on the Ferrall's this year. Sheesh, Susan, way to celeb-it-up!
