The big boy Target in the South Loop will soon look like ghetto just rolled outa bed when the new Loop CityTarget, opens next year and has a Pret a Manger instead of a Pizza Hut. But really, in such an awesome building, not to mention U.S. historic landmark like the Sullivan Center, are you gonna feel enticed shop when there's a Pizza Hut all up in this joint? No. If you're not familiar yet, Pret a Manger is a London-based cafe concept that sells hungry shoppers panini, soups, green salads, coffee and bakery items that are preservative free and made from scratch each day.
