Chicago-based Fashion Fair Cosmetics, a subsidiary of Johnson Publishing Co. has just announced they've appointed a new creative director for the brand. Celeb makeup artist, Sam Fine has created faces for women of color across the industry from Iman to Vanessa WIlliams, Naomi, and Tyra. This comes after a 20-year global career of building beauty brands and experience in the editorial world. Sam's position at Fashion Fair Cosmetics will also include advising on the creation of new products and, in 2012, unveiling Sam Fine for Fashion Fair trend collections. Sam has written a book and was also the first African-American spokesperson for Revlon.
