Ulta Targets Men; Profits are Up

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Bolingbrook based Ulta since begining a series of men's product launches and the roll out of men's grooming boutiques inside most Ulta stores has shown substantial profit growth this quarter. Ulta is now working on branding itself as the one stop shop for the whole family selling everything beauty related. This includes expanding the variety of products and services to facials, haircuts, high-end hairdryers, moisturizers, designer nail polish and low-priced nail polish. [Tribune]
