To celebrate Hurricane Irene, we went on a little end of summer road trip to picturesque New England. Not really to celebrate Irene, more like to pay homage to Karl - but we did get stuck in the mess that Irene created. Ever since we heard of a secret marriage which was rumored to have taken place last weekend and the recent collaboration with Macy's, not to mention the Magnum Ice Cream films we decided it would be a fun road trip. So we rented our little car and drove up through the northern most island between New York and Vermont in search for the mystical Lagerfeld Estate.
