It's been a while since we've updated you on the Famous Rush Street Starbucks big move. Catching you up - they're jumping across the street and one block North right behind Prada. The scaffolding is up and the buildout isn't expected to take too long. In fact we hear the store will open in April. And another juicy terabyte confirmed: there will be alcohol on the second level.

So now we expect Madewell's opening will be delayed until the late spring or summer.
