How often are fancy shopping sites and traditional web applications not viewable on smartphones? Quite often. Enter UR Mobile who actually designs web-based smartphone applications. Basically that means they redesign a company's website so that it's more user friendly. It is like using the site via an app but the consumer skips the entire downloading process. Thus far, they have some major clients, including Wrangler, Susan G. Koman and Sony but now this technology is becoming more accessible to smaller clients. [Racked Wire]
