In a report put out by Crains today, chicago's second Wal-Mart supercenter opened this morning in Chatham. The store is 157,000-square-feet. This store aims at flooding a food desert which already contains a Jewel and an Aldi by alotting more than 25% of the square footage to groceries and an enormous fresh produce section.
