RIVER NORTHAlpana Singh revealed the name and location of her new wine bar and restaurant: The Boarding House.

TAYLOR STREET—After 20 years of wanting to open a restaurant like this, chef Michael Shrader debuted the casual, rustic seafood-focused Urban Union this week.

GOLD COAST—Following reports of walk-outs and financial troubles, Bice shuttered this week at the Talbott Hotel, which is operating the space now simply as The Restaurant.
