New Age Nail Studio to Inhabit Europa Books

Via the Racked tipline, we've received word that a business license has been applied for which would allow a company called New Age Nail Studio to operate out of the vacant Europa bookstore. A quick search unearths a New Age Nail Salon on Telegraph Hill in San Francisco which we've confirmed has no part in this venture (whomp). Europa moved out on September 1 and now does business out of their warehouse in Skokie.
