The art world is still reeling from the fantastic success of last month's EXPO Chicago debut. But before we can relax for a moment and let our head take it all in, we have to get ready for the 19th annual SOFA Chicago which arrives next month. SOFA is to sculpture and objets d'art as what EXPO Chicago is to wall adornments. The world's leading galleries will again gather at Navy Pier to showcase the newest in folk art and 3-D wonder by people like Chicago's own Alan Carter and his amazing wood turned pieces, Richard Hunt, Chicago's longtime sculptural hero and others. Purchase tix here. We can't wait to see what's in store this year. [Racked Inbox]
