Justin Bieber Sang 'Believe' for Oprah Winfrey at Ralph Lauren. Oprah Was on Her Phone

This afternoon, Oprah Winfrey interviewed Justin Bieber at the restaurant in one of her favorite stores, Ralph Lauren. Justin, who is playing tonight at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont at 7:PM warmed up with Oprah with his new smash hit, Believe. In this photo, it looks like Oprah isn't paying attention to Justin's serenade, but rather much more interested in texting. Really, we think she was trying to blow up the universe by tweeting that she was with Biebs. In truth, if not the earth, then some other big thing would blow up given that Oprah and Bieber have a combined Twitter following of 43,849,602.

Oprah's interview with Justin Bieber will air on Oprah's OWN network for "Oprah's Next Chapter" on November 25.
