Psy, the mad genius behind Gangnam Style, is inspiring many, many Halloween costumes this season, light displays, clothing, cupcakes. Everybody's on the crazy train to Gangnam style town--even last week, we saw pirates going Gangnam Style. We never thought to ask, what is "Gangnam Style"? Thanks to The Guardian, we now know that Gangnam is the most expensive neighborhood in Seoul.
