On Your Mark Adds Insane Hiking Class; Kick-ass Boxing Drills

Looking to fit into your skinny jeans again this fall? Training at fitness studios isn't jobs to fit into your skinny jeans--it's for endurance too (and we could all 'go' a little longer). Precisely why training studio for endurance athletes, On Your Mark in Bucktown is adding some new classes to the menu. Owners Annette Fiscelli and Emily Hutchins have designed these two new and improved fitness classes to get you hiking higher and kicking more ass than ever before.

The first allows you to work off some steam with the new Hike Class on Monday evenings at 5:15 pm at the Bucktown location. The class includes treadmill work that goes up to an incline of 30 along with a coach to motivate you though a series of intense climbs.

Still not tired? Start your day off with Box N Run on Wednesday mornings at 8:30AM, again at the Bucktown location. This class mixes boxing drills alongside short running drills. It'll get your heart pumping while building a strong upper body.
