The Junior League, one of Chicago's longest standing local non-profit organizations is "throwing down the disco". During its Centennial year, The JLC is holding its annual fundraiser, Gazebo Holiday Market, on Friday, November 16 and Saturday, November 17 at the Chicago Cultural Center. Here's the jackpot: it's called "Martini's & Mistletoe". In its' 41st year, you get to drink AND shop. Tickets to the cocktail preview are pricey, but the goods are spectacular.
