Ork Posters Opens Home Goods Shop 'Neighborly' on North Side, Caters to the Modern Midwesterner

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Tomorrow, Ork Posters will open its new venture, a modern home goods and artwork shop called Neighborly, in the North Center/Lincoln Square neighborhood. The grand opening will also celebrate the 5th anniversary of Ork Posters, the creator of the popular typographic city neighborhood maps. Neighborly's mission is to bring a curation of well-designed and affordable goods of the Mid-Century Modern style to a consumer market.
