JCPenney has marked clearance items at an extra 30% off, which means this is going to be a slow and painful death. At least that's what it looks like now. That "spicy exec", Ron Johnson was called out for being a backtracking wobbler by Charles Grom, an analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York.
