We have known it was coming and we have been stalking Oak Street for the last few weeks... now we finally have confirmation:

Christian Louboutin is opening this Friday!!

According to the Chicago Tribune, the Oak Street location will be open just in time for the holiday shopping season. While we have no word of a grand opening, we aren't holding our breath for a visit from Mr. Louboutin as it is rumored he does not visit anywhere that lacks an ocean. – Victoria A. Olivares
UPDATE 11/22/12 1:30PM: Just spoke with a corporate employee inside the store. They are still installing computers and are optimistic for a Black Friday opening, but have experienced some technical difficulties that could delay the opening beyond Black Friday.
