Yesterday, after months and months of anticipation, Christian Louboutin opened a Midwest flagship on Oak Street. Soon to be joined by several other luxury retailers, and a massive Del Frisco's steak house (which opens in a few days), Christian has the privilege of being the first inhabitant of the new Esquire Theater.
Upon being buzzed into the store, you'll see seasonal show-stoppers on a tiled wall, led to mid-height glass cases with handbags, boots and bags on wall shelving and red carpet leading you to more nighttime styles on the etched metallic wall in the back of the first floor. Men's is upstairs with more seating and a vista for overlooking shoppers on the sidewalk below.
