Estera Events Spots Unconventional Wedding Gown Trend

The Wedding: Whether engaged, dating or single and ready to mingle, it's the event girls spend their waking (well, and dreaming) hours planning. We want to know what's so now for you ladies, so we asked local wedding planning company Estera Events, which approaches the day with the creative eye of an interior designer, to give us deets on current trends for the special day.

What better element to start with than the dress?! It's arguably the most important aspect of the wedding for a girl (other than the groom, of course).

Estera Events sees brides picking "the dress" to fit their personal taste, which equates to a less conventional style. It's your day so make it personal! Instead of opting for the poofy ball gown because it's tradition or what mom wants, wear what makes you feel the most you, in the best way possible.

One of Estera Events' brides did just that. Bride Nicole donned a slinky nineteen twenties-esque frock featuring beads on the cap sleeves and dripping down the gown. It gets our virtual stamp of approval.
