The good and fashionable life has always been within reach if you've been an avid online bargain shopper who lives for Net-a-porter's twice yearly sales, loves Neiman's Last Call Sale, and revels in Ligne Roset's warehouse sale. But now it's within reach in an actual store: Chicago's Luxury Garage Sale finally opened its doors last night.
The cute Old Town shop with the sweet wallpapered walls oozed luxe--sparkly baubles, exotic skinned clutches, red-soled heels and labels that are staples at Ikram, all made Luxury Garage Sale a valid entry and player in the Chicago luxury retail market. The formerly just online consignment shop now offers instant gratification for those times when you need to score a last minute outfit to a cocktail party or gala. While at the opening, we saw some really cool things, namely cool pieces that a few of the ladies (including co-owner Lindsay Segal) scored while shopping LGS. Peep some of the fun things below. -J'nai Gaither
