EVANSTON—After a slightly delayed opening, Amy Morton, along with chef Nicole Pederson (C-House), opened Found, an eclectically designed restaurant with vintage and, well, found wares focusing on a menu of local Midwestern ingredients.
EVERYWHERE—The Michelin Guide will come out on Nov. 14, but in advance of that, which will reveal the coveted star listings, Michelin dropped its list of Bib Gourmands, more value-focused spots, that includes newcomers like Ada St., Jam, Kai Zan, Untitled and Wood. Check out the full list.
