If it's true that prep has got an edge, it'll become apparent at Scotch & Soda on Damen just north of the six corners. From an East Coast source inside the Amsterdam-based company, the store may open as soon as next week. Inside, it's pretty piece-y, but you can expect staggered shelving units, rolled up cuffs and stage lighting.
