Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Welcome to the latest edition of Working It, where Racked takes street style to the next level—Art Basel Miami Beach. The litmus test of the true style-savvy is how she (or he) rocks a look while schmoozing and selling artwork to clients. Forget the pedestrian khakis and an actual office look—these fashionable professionals take the office dress code to a whole other dimension. Quick, somebody call HR!
This week, during Art Basel, Chicago-based gallerist, Carrie Secrist and the team of her eponymous gallery are hilighting some of their greatest artists at PULSE MIAMI. Located at Ice Palace Studio, 1400 N. Miami Ave., Carrie's presentation of work explores linear abstraction. Featured work by Anne Lindberg, Andrew Holmquist, Judith Geichman, Liliana Porter and Angelo Musco.
