From what we hear now, the rumor holds truth. Tom Ford has leased the phase II storefront currently under construction in the Esquire Theater. This Oak Street store will be his fourth US location after New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. In this rendering by Booth Hansen, the description notes that the 18,400 square foot 3-story building will have a stone and glass facade, hopefully referencing Tom Ford's signature white marble. A representative from Tom Ford tells us they're shooting for a Fall '13 opening.
