The Lakeview rumor mills are in full swing this morning of J. Crew moving into the soon-to-be-closing CLOSED Southport Athletic Club, better known to many as SPAC which is run by Chicago Athletic Clubs. The news came first from the Southport Corridor Facebook page at about 8AM, then an hour later from Southport Corridor News and Events Facebook page. Chicago Athletic Clubs has already taken the address of SPAC off their website and J. Crew has not yet returned our request for comment.
