Racked 38 Member, Perchance, which has stores on Webster in Lincoln Park, Southport and a pretty fabulous store in the Waldorf Astoria in the Gold Coast has opened another store in Highland Park. The newest is in Renaissance Place (a mall) and will sell both women's and children's clothing and accessories through the end of March. [Crain's]
