FULTON MARKET—Next's much-anticipated elBulli menu kicked off this week and Eater got a sneak peek at the menu (in both Spanish and English) and some dishes. Before that, Eater chatted with chefs Grant Achatz and Dave Beran about the menu's inspiration and creation.

EXPANSION—Joe Bastianich, who owns New York food emporium Eataly with chef Mario Batali, was in Chicago Thursday scouting locations for an Eataly Chicago.

ANDERSONVILLE—Following months of rehab, the north side of Acre restaurant was transformed into Ombra, an Italian cicchetti bar, which opened this week. Check out pictures and the menu.

FULTON MARKET—Publican Quality Meats, a gorgeous butcher shop, artisan market and cafe by the team behind the Publican and avec, opened on Monday.
