FULTON MARKETNext's much-anticipated elBulli menu kicked off this week and Eater got a sneak peek at the menu (in both Spanish and English) and some dishes. Before that, Eater chatted with chefs Grant Achatz and Dave Beran about the menu's inspiration and creation.

EXPANSIONJoe Bastianich, who owns New York food emporium Eataly with chef Mario Batali, was in Chicago Thursday scouting locations for an Eataly Chicago.
