All three of our favorite Oscar-worthy Chicago women looked stunning on the red carpet last night - each one in their own right, but who did it better? We're putting it to a vote. Giuliana Rancic walked the carpet in a Basil Soda gown while Oprah wore a gold beaded dress with Stedman as arm candy and Tina Fey wore a midnight blue custom Carolina Herrera gown. We need your vote.
