The School of the Art Institute's year end fashion extravaganza, The Walk has grown larger and more popular each of the past few years and this year we expect that trend will continue. Mark your calendar for Thursday, April 19 when a record breaking forty seniors' collections will walk the runway in Millennium Park. Alumnus Cynthia Rowley with wacky husband Bill Powers will receive the Legend of Fashion Award (presented by Jerry Saltz) and perhaps the largest and sparkle-tastic personality of all, Mickey Boardman from Paper will emcee the evening.
