Any boutique that has the panache and the merchandise to keep their customers happy for ten years deserves a standing ovation and acknowledgment that they're serving the fashionable community a service by being in business. This past weekend, Stella in Evanston celebrated their 10 year anniversary with a bash complete with balloons, cake, more cake and promotions for their customers. If you haven't stopped by the shop in a while, there's no more appropriate time as they've been getting all-new spring and summer merchandise in preparation for the warm days ahead.
