Annie Novotny has just announced the launch of Frei's Spring Collection, which is available only at Racked 38 Member, Post 27. The spring collection is inspired in part by traditional Japanese attire taking elements of style from Frida Kahlo. The collection will launch on Thursday, March 29 from 5-8PM at Post 27.
